Alabama Sports Betting in 2025: aL Sportsbooks And DFS Sites

With the Senate passing several legal measures formerly, it seems your house will choose the fate of sports betting legislation in Alabama. If a costs is submitted again, Senate President Pro Tem Greg Reed expects it will receive "major factor to consider" by the House later on this year.


Here's the current timeline to legalize Alabama sports betting:


May 5, 2025: Plaintiffs submitted a lawsuit versus cryptocurrency sweepstakes operator Stake.us in the State of Alabama, claiming the company offers unlicensed video games.
